Sunrise By Bike
I love the sunrise. Don't get me wrong... I also love sleeping in! But while the weather is awesome, (90 degrees today, in October??), I have to get in as much outdoor time as possible!

Things Are A-Changin'!
I love Fall. Every morning, my bike ride is a little more colorful. The birds have all taken off, and now the migratory birds are hanging out for a short while. The air is crisp and cool, and I even need gloves while riding! Sometimes I even ride in the dark since the sun is coming up later. Change is good....I embrace the changing of the seasons! Even if that means a brutal winter is on its way. More jammie time!
