I have to say, this has been one of the best Fall seasons we've had in a long time. The colors have been great, the weather has been awesome, and it hasn't gotten too bitterly cold... yet! I'm still able to bike in the mornings (in the dark and wearing toasty clothes!) so I don't feel like I am sealed up for winter just yet. I went out and purchased some warm-weather gear, so I hope to be able to enjoy the outdoors regardless of the temps. We shall see.....

Enjoyed a Sunday morning walk through Lake Zorinsky on the way to Panera for breakfast. I really enjoyed NOT having an agility trial going on... this is the first weekend in a long time. The dogs were excited for the long walk and they also enjoyed some bagel while we sat and ate breakfast outside! Such a great weekend to just enjoy the weather! I am also packing up all the agility equipment for the season - ready for the break to begin!

While competing at USDAA Nationals this past week, I was able to watch some Dock Diving. Both my dogs thought they would like a turn, but I was not in the mood for wet dogs. Needless to say, it was very hard for me to get any good photos.... you never know how high or how long the dog will jump, and I wasn't fast enough. Fun to watch though!!

Having lots of fun at USDAA Nationals in Kentucky. Having some fun runs with both my dogs, and really enjoying watching all the dogs and handlers. At the end of the day, Neelah and Tazer have been enjoying a kong or bully stick. No matter how they do on the course, they are still winners!!

I love Fall. Every morning, my bike ride is a little more colorful. The birds have all taken off, and now the migratory birds are hanging out for a short while. The air is crisp and cool, and I even need gloves while riding! Sometimes I even ride in the dark since the sun is coming up later. Change is good....I embrace the changing of the seasons! Even if that means a brutal winter is on its way. More jammie time!
